welcome.
These are my field notes on being: a personal collection of tools, teachings, rituals, and practices drawn from our shared human experience.
This space is part of my own return to self, to a life led deliberately from my intuition and deepest knowing. And I’m honored that you are here, walking alongside me.
Here you’ll find essays, rituals, and reflections drawn from my life and work as an executive coach, counselor-in-training, yoga and meditation teacher, folk herbalist, and former strategist to Fortune 500s, governments, and global nonprofits.
My wish is to offer you something of beauty — a reflective space to explore what it means to return to yourself in a world that constantly asks you to perform, prove, or shrink. A place to remember and reclaim your unique magnificence.
If you, too, are curious about another way of being—one with more joy, ease, and acceptance—then welcome.
With love from Taos,
Jennifer
first time here?
Welcome! Hi, I’m Jennifer. I guide leaders in the space between what was and what’s next.
As a Colombian-born adoptee raised by Jewish-Italian parents in a racially homogeneous New York suburb, I always felt like an outsider, observing the world and navigating my belonging. This shaped a lifelong inquiry into identity, corporate and geopolitical systems, and what it means to be human.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of personal and systemic transformation, collecting teachings, tools, and practices to live and lead from purpose, presence, and power.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve kept a journal and meticulous notes of my reflections and learnings: my field notes on being. And now, my heart offering.
Today, I live in Taos, NM on the ancestral, traditional, and contemporary lands of the Taos Pueblo, Ute, Lipan Apache, and Tiwa people. I am a personal and professional development coach, and student and teacher of Jivamukti Yoga and mindfulness meditation. Through private practice, I partner with clients who make a personal investment in their development. I am also pursuing graduate studies in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University.
